Open Sketches.
Sketches has a feature that will automatically backup your drawings to your iPad's Photo app (also called the Camera Roll or Photo Library). If you have this turned on, you could backup to Google Drive right from the Photo app.
To turn this backup feature on, follow these steps:
- Open the image that you want to save.
- Tap the 3 dots at the top.
- Tap the Share icon (square with up arrow).
- Tap Drive and name your sketch, if needed.
- Choose the folder you want and tap SAVE HERE.
- Tap UPLOAD. Your drawing is now backed up in Google Drive.
- Repeat for all sketches.

- When you are in a folder or see all the folders, tap the Gear icon in the top left corner. If you are in a drawing you won't see the gear.
- Tap Preferences.
- Move the slider next to Backup so it is colored blue. This means the setting is turned on.
- You could also move the slider next to Auto Save on. This will save your work in Sketches every 3 minutes.
